Monique's Bedlington Mint

A soft sage-mint zip pouch featuring a fine-line pen-and-ink portrait of a Bedlington Terrier — the roached back, pear-shaped head, and curly coat are unmistakable even in a head study. Signed "Monique Akar" directly on the fabric, the same artist behind Monique's Pom. Monique Akar was a well-known illustrator and founder of Dogonit Gallery / Monique Akar Designs, known for detailed pen-and-ink dog breed portraits printed on textiles and stationery starting in the 1980s — so this is a genuine vintage fabric remnant, not a reprint. Yellow zip trim, roomy enough for a phone, keys, and wallet (shown holding all three with room to spare).
